I work to help each person feel honored and heard by the other as they build a relationship where they each feel supported and loved. This often requires looking at underlying expectations and assumptions and addressing how those are impacting their communication and expression of love in the present. This can be difficult work but couples find it to be immensely rewarding. As a trained sex therapist, I also work with couples to develop healthy sexuality both individually and as a couple.
