Erin McCole Cupp, CTRC, brings a unique blend of trauma recovery coaching and extensive experience in addiction recovery, particularly in the areas of compulsive eating and betrayal trauma. With a BFA in theatre and concentrations in visual art and literature, Erin integrates creativity into her therapeutic approach, fostering resilience and emotional well-being. She is currently working towards her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Saint Bonaventure University.
As the creator of Filled with Good: Theology of the Body for Food Addicts, Erin has developed a specialized course that combines spiritual teachings with modern addiction science to help individuals overcome compulsive eating behaviors.
