Ellie Wilde
About
I support partnerships in moving beyond perfectionism, performance, and disconnection—toward deeper and more authentic self-expression, safety, freedom, clarity, and intimacy.
Raised by scientists, doctors, and engineers, I once believed emotional and relational challenges could be solved by intellect alone. That approach fell short. My own healing journey led me to a more embodied, relational, and liberatory way of working—one I now have the honor of sharing with others.
I integrate evidence-based approaches like the Gottman Method and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) with Internal Family Systems (IFS), polyvagal-informed somatic practices, and creative, experiential modalities. Our work goes beyond insight and into transformation—grounded in the wisdom of the body and the power of relationship. With this power, we can heal wounds in your attachment, grow your understanding and appreciation for each other, and strengthen your bond.
I bring a warm, intuitive, and collaborative presence to this work, and offer culturally attuned care for neurodiverse clients, LGBTQIA+ and gender-expansive individuals, BIPOC clients, and those from immigrant or cross-cultural backgrounds. I am experienced and happy to see clients in diverse relationship structures.
Sessions are held virtually for clients in Washington State.
