Utilizing the findings of John Gottman's 40 years plus worth of ongoing research, practices of mindfulness and shame-resilience, I work with couples to identify what's not working, where their relationship lost its way, and coach them to the development of new relational habits that nurture effection, high functioning communication and intimate connection, all while supporting their own self-respect and individual growth.
