I am passionate about helping couples reconnect, find effective communication patterns, and create the life they deserve. More importantly, we can heal emotional wounds and connect at values and desires when we have the right guide.
Our desire to create the experiences we deserve are not always executable. This creates suffering, frustration, and often ways of reacting or responding that only make things worse. I believe that every couple deserves to believe in the power of their relationship and to give and receive love in effective ways. When that is not happening support is always the right next step.
I work with couples through an Emotionally Focused and Secure Attachment lens so that partners build a more accurate understanding of each other's needs, from an emotional, biological, and practical standpoint.
