Drew is the Clinical Supervisor for the Tucson and Sierra Vista areas. He obtained an Associate’s degree in Interpersonal Communication from Salt Lake Community College, a Bachelor’s degree in Argumentation and Conflict from the University of Utah and a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Arizona State University. He is a bi-lingual therapist who is fluent in both English and Spanish.
Drew has extensive experience working with juveniles who are or have engaged in sexually abusive behavior and helps guide the youth and their families through the therapeutic process while helping to facilitate the growth of a supporting environment in which the youth can change. He currently utilizes the Good Lives Model, an evidenced based program, in his work with these youth. He operates from a strengths-based perspective as he believes that all people can define and obtain their own success and change regardless of their personal situation.
Drew is also a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional who works with people of all ages who present with a variety of historical traumatic experiences. His person-centered focus helps in guiding his clients in learning to process and manage daily events with decreased difficulty. He is currently completing training in the Neurosequential Model of Therapeutics to ensure that he remains on the cutting edge of trauma therapy.
Drew also has extensive experience working with youth with a variety of behavioral and emotional struggles, as well as families regarding general functioning and communication.
