I bring a positive and challenging approach to therapy. I will help you identify and amplify change. I will help you focus on what is possible and changeable in your life, your marriage, your family. I am trained in many different modalities (Mindfulness, Meditation/Prayer, Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy, The Gottman Method, Imago Therapy, Discernment Counseling for Couples, and Solution Focused Therapy). I offer 2 -day Marriage Intensive Treatment for couples coming from out of town or needing more than the traditional 1-hour sessions. My clients include people from a variety of economic, religious and ethnic backgrounds.
I believe most marriages can and should be saved. I have extensive experience with couples healing from an affair/betrayal; couples on the brink of divorce, who may have one foot out the door. Whether an affair or marital drift, I can help your marriage get back on track. I also work with individuals dealing with grief, loss and life transition issues.
