Cynthia Silver
About
I provide treatment to adults suffering from symptoms associated with grief from loss; the loss of a loved one, a job, or a relationship. Using an evidence-based approach, a treatment plan is developed that is uniquely suited to the client's needs. My treatment plans also incorporate techniques like grounding and mindfulness exercises to further enhance symptom reduction. I provide a safe, caring and nonjudgmental space for clients to explore their feelings and overcome their challenges. I also offer telehealth services.
