Sycamore Wellness thrives in the purpose of providing high quality behavioral health consultation, therapy, and community education services to Central Ohio and beyond to help people find balance, healing, and live to their greatest potential. As the owner and therapist of Sycamore Wellness, I bring two decades of experience to my therapy work with individuals, families, and couples. My treatment philosophy is to respect that you are the expert in your own life and I am here to help you unlock your possibilities.
My approach in couple's therapy is to guide each individual to better understand their own patterns of behaviors and thoughts that may be limiting their relationship and help them to develop strategies and skills to improve their relationship, communication and make the best life possible, together or apart. I help couples to understand each other better (the "language and narative" that each of person uses to live by and connect with. Together, using a clinical modality that is fit for you, we will work to align you as a couple, again whether together or apart in your future (which is up to you!)
For couples therapy, services are offered in-person in my New Albany, Ohio office. Telehealth can be provided for consultation services only (limit two sessions). Services are self-pay and may be available on a sliding-fee scale, if needed--talk with me about your situation. I'm sorry, no insurance payment options are accepted.
