About
Relational therapy shouldn't wait until your relationship is in crisis. Instead, it can be proactive. It can be a place to make space and time in your busy lives to have important conversations where you both feel heard--a place where you deepen your relationship and understanding of each other, as well as improve the way you show up for each other, so you can best navigate conflict when it does arise. My aim is to help you deepen you emotional connection through helping you truly hear each other and become more emotionally accessible, responsive, and engaged with each other. If you think we could be a good fit, please reach out to schedule a complimentary phone consultation!
I am currently working under the direction of Dr. Sophia Aguirre and under the supervision of Carrie Gensler, LPC, CPCS.
