Hi! I really enjoy serving couples (engaged, premarital, married) and individual adults. Love to focus on building deeper and joy-filled relationships and to help folks deal with related issues that cloud or serve as obstacles to this, including connecting, communicating, emotional attunement, "hearing each other", understanding "why we do what we do", anger, forgiveness, intimacy including sexual intimacy, infidelity, unresolved childhood issues affecting present living, career/life transitions, anxiety, fear, stress, depression, self-esteem and loss and grief. I enjoy helping couples build solid marriage and family foundations.
