About
I take the Humanistic approach to coaching with the belief that humans are good and that we naturally strive to better ourselves and the world around us, having unique qualities and experiences that serve us as we become more self-actualized. This co-creative approach is open-minded, non-judgmental, and positive so I am the person who will support you on your journey. Humanistic psychology is a psychological perspective that emphasizes the study of the whole person. Humanistic psychologists look through the eyes of the person and believe that an individual's behavior is connected to feelings and self-image. It is important that my clients relate human meanings, understandings, and experiences involved in growing, teaching, and learning. Self-perception, current circumstances, and conscious intentional choices is the approach I take in supporting my clients as they become more aware, and begin to shape, accept and/ or change their lives based on where they are now to where they would like to be.
