For those who are uncertain about their commitment, I offer Discernment Counseling, to help couples decide whether their problems can be solved and if they want to solve those problems. Couples who are committed to therapy for healing will experience a process of self-understanding, and just as much, understanding of their partner. And each will experience the relief of feeling understood. With authentic mutual understanding, virtually any disagreement you may have with each other can be resolved. Not always to the full satisfaction of both of you, but resolution you can live with and work with. More often couples experience a deepening and opening in their relationship with each other they have never experienced before.
