I work with individuals and couples to get better at staying emotionally connected in their relationships, by bringing greater awareness to your emotional dynamics and those that exist between you and your partner. My goal is to help the people I work with find a greater sense of purpose in their lives and to develop more satisfying and honest relationships.
Like many others in the Bay Area, I moved here after growing up abroad. I bring a warm and steady presence, an open and patient curiosity, an international perspective. I welcome adults of all races and identities. If you think we might be able to connect, give me a call.
