About
Hello! In any relationship, there are times where we can all feel like we'd like to see change and growth. My passion as a psychologist is working with couples. It is a privilege to come alongside couples and help them realize their goals to increase intimacy, grow understanding, and develop communication and conflict resolution skills. I utilize a combination of approaches, including the Gottman Method, Emotionally-Focused Couples Therapy, Collaborative Couples Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, and Communication/Conflict Resolution Psychoedcuation, to weave therapy and skill development together. I lead couples in communicating with one another in the therapy session, and assist them in communicating their needs, desires, hopes, hurts, and fears. I approach couples therapy with care, warmth, and a sense of humor. I love working with couples of all faith backgrounds, but am able to integrate a Christian faith perspective when desired by clients. I look forward to potentially working with you.
