About
My therapeutic practice combines a strength-based, insight-oriented, and collaborative approach, individualized to meet the unique needs of each client. I offer an empathetic, supportive, and accepting environment for my clients to feel heard and understood while also challenged and inspired to take on new perspectives, ways of thinking, and daily practices. Therapy is a process that can provide tools to relieve immediate stress, but also an opportunity to explore the underlying meanings, behavioral patterns, and relationship dynamics in order to lead a life of authenticity and genuine fulfillment. My clients also strive to positively impact society.
I graduated from Princeton University (Psychology & Neuroscience) and University of Chicago (Social Work). I work with individual, couples, and families to overcome struggles with life transitions, stress, depression, relationships, multicultural identity, and self esteem. My clients also include International Students, global expats, and digital nomads.
I know that starting therapy is a courageous decision and may feel overwhelming. But you don’t have to figure everything out alone. Connect with a therapist who can best meet your needs throughout this journey. Please visit my website to learn more! I provide in-person & online therapy in Illinois, New Jersey & Florida.
