Couples therapy is hard. It's scary, because there's so much riding on it. My job is to help a couple know they can find their way back to hearing each other again. I help partners learn how to listen so they are hearing in a different way. I help with translation in the early phase, all building to learning how to communicate with more love, more willingness to listen, more safety.
Not all couples issues are about communication. Having worked with couples for over two decades, I'm able to help clients get a larger perspective, and to take on difficult issues. Whether looking to build or to decide to leave, the process helps couples get clarity and confidence moving forward.
