April Murray-Bravo
April Murray-Bravo, LMFT Marriage & Family Therapist | Claimed
About
It takes courage to seek help and can be overwhelming to find a counselor. Sharing your private life is hard. Whether relationship conflicts, uncertainty about life, anxiety, sadness, or any of the many other human conditions, it can be challenging to know where to go or who to turn to in order to make things better. My role as a therapist is to work with you to face challenges, find solutions, and help you improve your life. You will not have to do it alone.
I work with men and women to address issues and bring focus to present and future goals. Couples, co-parents, to establish a communication style that brings peace and understanding to the relationship. Families, to identify ways to work together and support one another. Adolescents and young adults to develop tools for making healthy choices.
My counseling style is warm and interactive. My approach is eclectic, combining several techniques, even EMDR. I provide an open and safe environment to explore concerns without pressure or judgment. We will work together to develop a plan of action that meets your needs. I am fully committed to working hard with you from beginning to success.
