Angelic klienow

My name is angelic klienow and I have emotionally shutdown not just myself but my husband as well and I want to fix our relationship and don't know how or what to do because I have completely stopped talking to him and I need and want to fix it I want to be able to talk to him again and not freeze up, or I just don't talk at all, what can I do to not freeze up and to let everything out and off my chest?
