I am a Board Certified Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with experience working with individuals, couples, and families. Whether in-person or virtually, we will work together to identify limiting beliefs and negative patterns that keep you unable to move forward. Life is difficult so why should we do it alone? It would be my honor to help you find healing and restoration in all aspects of your life.
I offer strength-based treatments that are culturally and spiritually sensitive, which will help you recognize the impact that past experiences, social environments, or unhealthy relationships have on how you perceive yourself and interact with the world around you. I draw from numerous therapeutic approaches such as Psychodynamic Therapy, Cognitive- Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Family Systems, Solution-Focused Therapy, Christian Counseling, and the Gottman Method among others.
