I am a Marriage and Family Therapist. I have worked with a variety of different relationships (marrie/unmarried, straight/same-sex/queer, poly, family, parents, premarital, retirees, all of it) to help improve those connects to be safe, supportive, and nurturing. I am a clinician who sees individuals as a sum of their relationships. I enjoy sorting out where we came from to name how we built habits which are influencing our relationships now. I use a mixture of Gottman, Structural, and recent media to build an understanding of dynamics in relationships and improve communication to better meet everyone's needs.
