Allie is a Provisionally Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. She completed a Bachelor’s degree in Experimental Psychology from the University of South Carolina and a Master’s Degree in Couple and Family Therapy from Saint Louis University.
Human beings thrive when they are in connection. Allie knows relationships are often complicated, important, and emotional, all at the same time. This is why she practices from a Family Systems orientation, meaning she often helps clients look at the context of their world and the relationships in which they engage. She works to offer a safe, supportive environment designed to foster connection. She individualizes treatment to address the needs of each unique individual, family, or couple.
Allie enjoys working with couples and adolescents. She works with couples on a variety of issues including communication skills, sex and intimacy issues, infidelity, conflict, and life-transitions. Allie also understands the unique challenges teens, tweens, adolescents, and their parents face.
In her free time, Allie enjoys baking, playing with her dogs and listening to podcasts.
