I am a Christian psychologist with twenty years of experience in empowering couples at all stages (pre-marital, newlyweds, and seasoned couples) to improve communication, intimacy, teamwork, conflict resolution, supporting one another's dreams, and infidelity recovery. I incorporate proven techniques (trained in Gottman method) to help couples to improve their relational skills to improve the quality of their marriage. My client is the COUPLE so my focus is giving the appropriate advice to the couple and spouse relative to the situation at hand. While I do not take sides, I do teach on best practice models for a successful marriage. I use a lot of humor and I am married with two daughters myself which certainly informs my understanding of marriage.
