I have always had a passion for helping others. I graduated from the University of Texas at Arlington in 2013 with a Master’s in Social Work. After years of experience as a social worker, I felt there was a great need for more community-based mental health services. Some of my specialties include counseling for depression, anxiety, and relationship or marriage counselling. I also have experience in group counseling, walk & talk therapy, trauma therapy, bipolar disorder, and more.
