My focus is on helping clients understand how they fall out of connection with one another and then help them learn how repair and re-connect. Using principles of EFT (Emotionally Focused Therapy) I help couples unwind negative cycles of interaction which lead to stress, upset, and disconnection. From there, I help couples learn how to interact with a positive cycle which promotes positive interaction and deeper connection.
