Welcome! My name is Savannah and I am a therapist that specializes in working with partners on strengthening their relationship and reaching desired levels of connection and intimacy. As a gender and sexuality affirming therapist, all types of partners and relationships are welcome in my therapy office. I have experience working with queer couples and partners in ethnical non-monogamous or polyamorous structures. One of my focuses as a therapist is on attachment, so my approach to partner therapy is to help each person within the relationship understand their own attachment style and how it impacts their emotional and behavioral reactions to thier partner. Attachment therapy also helps partners create a safe and secure bond with each other. In addition to attachment, we can work on improving your communication, establishng healthy and productive ways to argue with your partner--after all, conflict resolution is a healthy part of a thriving relationship! I also provide support for sexual health and intimacy, helping you talk openly about sex, set healthy boundaries, overcome barriers to intimacy, and create a safe and trusting space to explore your sexual experiences.
