About
You are not alone. I am here for you to help you and your loved one get back on track in your relationship with a sense of closeness, connection, and healing. When stuck patterns take over our relationships, we can feel alone, misunderstood, and blamed. Find the path back to secure connection guided by a map laid out in attachment science, the study of human love and connection.
I am here for you in your personal growth. Individual therapy is a safe place to soften the blocks to joy, connection, and authenticity in your life. When life becomes overwhelming, know you are not alone and there is support to navigating what otherwise feels unbearable in isolation.
My Approach
Emotionally focused therapy is a research-based approach that helps couples, individuals, and families access their softer feelings beneath stuck relationship patterns and share them successfully to build secure, meaningful, and healing connection. We are truly healthier and happier when emotionally connected to our special other and to ourselves.
An attachment framework: Recognizes the deep importance of our emotional bonds with primary relationships in our lives (ie spouse, parent, inner self). Helps us explore our deep longings to be loved for who we are and the fears that arise when we don’t feel secure in these relationships. Explores how we see ourselves, how we believe others see us, how we view the world; why we long to connect, why we don’t; how we love; why it matters.
