About
I believe that everyone deserves a non-judgmental space to reflect on their thoughts, feelings, and reality, however, that may look. As a supportive clinician, my interests are working with teens, adults 18+, parents, and families. For over 9 years, I have supported individuals and families in crisis settings enhancing my trauma-informed approach. I am also comfortable supporting individuals who are not experiencing trauma but looking for maintenance on a wide range of topics: substance use, behavioral concerns, work- or home-related stress, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, grief, gender, and sexuality.
Empowering clients through the therapeutic process is at the core of my practice while hoping to create lasting change beyond our sessions. I try my best to model transparency, care, and the cultivation of healthy skills. With diverse clinical interests, I actively promote empathy, equity, and culture for all. I aim to be genuine, and hopefully, helpful.
Using my clinical knowledge, my passion for empathy, and my willingness to laugh sometimes, I invite you to reach out, learn more about my background, and see if I can be useful to you (and/or loved ones). If you're ready to explore your concerns in a safe and supportive environment, reach out.
I look forward to the opportunity to work together.
