John Kane
About
I am a relationships therapist. Human beings are wired for relationship, its part of our makeup. When people get unhealthy; be it anxiety, depression, addiction, they isolate. They pull away from broken relationships. It hurts too much, so they resign to isolating. Getting healthy involves learning the relational intelligence to put relationships back together, so that you can live up to your greatest potential as a human being. When couples learn to engage the healthy principles of relationships, communicate, engage in healthy conflict, listen to each other they begin to grow closer, connect more, feel more stable, hopeful, and in love. I am a Marriage and Family Therapist because I know that even the most broken and pain-filled relationships can be put back together.
