Hello!

Please allow my the opportunity to introduce myself and my therapeutic approach. My main areas of specialty are: Addiction, Trauma, Anxiety and Mood Disorders, as well as intensive couples therapy, and family court/best interest of child cases. I utilize evidence-based approaches which include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Emotional Focused Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Schema Therapy and Logotherapy. I also provide Christian Counseling when requested. I generally take an intensive approach to Psychotherapy as I have found that a standard 50 minute session is not an adequate amount of time to conduct quality and thorough treatment. My sessions are generally 1 and a half to 2 hours in length, so as to end the session on a natural basis with no feeling of being rushed or pressed for time. When working with couples I often do marriage clinics which may run up to 3 hours depending on your needs and goals. I do not accept insurance, however I am happy to assist you with out of network provider compensation. I also offer a sliding fee scale.
