I try to customize your experience based on what resonates with you and evidence-based practices that are effective for your issues and concerns. I focus on ensuring there's a strong foundation of healthy communication, mutual, respect, and willingness to work on improving the situation. Without those three things, it's almost impossible to move forward. One of the hardest things in a relationship is to be vulnerable. I'm a peeler! I believe in peeling back the layers, getting to the root cause of a matter, and working from there.
