I take an evidence-based, integrated approach to individual and marriage counseling that considers the importance of your mental, spiritual, physical, and interpersonal health. In other words, when we work together, we'll be focusing on the whole you so that you're getting the most benefit out of therapy possible. My pledge to you is that our time will be spent working toward your goals as effectively and efficiently as possible. After all, your time is valuable! So, the faster I can help you heal and grow, the sooner you get to start living the life you've always wanted.
My practice is fully online, meaning you and your spouse will have the flexibility to meet with me from wherever is most comfortable for you. While I am not in-network with any insurance companies, I do offer a sliding-scale payment option for individuals and couples facing financial hardship.
