My preferred method is called Emotionalally Focused Couples Therapy due to the high success rate that is research supported. I also like the Gottman method which I use for education and homework - essentially "killing two birds with one stone" to make the fastest progress in getting couples out of pain and back on track. I'm very passionate about couples counseling as I believe most relationships can be saved with some direction for healing, communicating, forgiving and learning better skills and habits.
