About
My approach to marriage counseling is one that is non-judgemental, supportive and tailored to fit the specific needs of the couple. I use Gottman theory in my practice which involves taking a look at many different aspects of the relationship like, trust, commitment, communication, connectedness and core values and beliefs. I believe in meeting my clients where they are and I take the side of the relationship, not the individual. It's hard enough to reach out for help and I am committed to helping the couples I see feel heard and seen throughout the process.
